Gujia is famous recipe but here i make it healthy way , its taste is awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 2cup
  2. Whole wheat flour 1cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ghee 1tbl spn
  5. Water 2cup
  6. For Filling
  7. Coconut shredded 1cup
  8. Carrot grated1/2CUP
  9. Paneer grated1/2 cup
  10. Plum jaggery 1cup
  11. Ghee 1tbl spn

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add water ,ghee and salt.
  2. Bring to boil then add two types flour and stir it continuously. Turn off flame.
  3. Now when it is cool make semi soft dough with it. Keep aside with covering by muslin clothes
  4. For gujia filling - heat kadhai add ghee and jagery . When jaggery melt then add coconut , carrot and paneer . Stir continuously in medium flame. When the mixture come out from kadhai easily then turn off flame.
  5. Now in rolling pin make small size chapati .
  6. In the half fold place 1bl spn gujia mixture.
  7. Fold gujia press the sides well with water.
  8. Use all doughs like this
  9. Now it is time for steaming.
  10. Steamed all the gujias in a steamer for 20 minutes.
  11. Now it is ready for serve
