ABOUT Leftover Parantha pasta RECIPE

It happens many a times that we make parathas that go uneaten, so why waste them. Give them a makeover and turn it into something delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2.paranthas.
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 capsicum
  4. Salt
  5. 1/4tsp pasta sauce.
  6. 1/4tsp mayonise.

Instructions

  1. Cut tha Paranthas with kitchen scissor in to strips.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add chopped onion saute for few seconds.
  4. Add capsicum
  5. Saute and ,then add salt and green chilli.
  6. Add pasta sauce and mayonnaise, give it a good mix.
  7. Stir well and serve hot.
