Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fish Fillet 4-5
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  4. Corn flour 2 tsp
  5. All purpose flour 2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. pepper 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli to taste
  9. Green onion 2 tbsp
  10. garlic cloves 4-5
  11. Tri Color Bell Pepper ( Red, Green, Yellow) 1/2 cup each
  12. Garlic - chilli sauce
  13. Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillets into equal size cubes and Marinate fish for 10-15 minutes with given ingredients.
  2. In a bowl take flours, salt , pepper and red chilli , add little water and make a paste ( not too thick nor thin),dip the fish cubes into it and deep fry.
  3. In a wok take 1-2 tsp oil and saute garlic , green onion and bell peppers .
  4. Add soy sauce to it and cook it for 2 minutes. add fried fish to it and let it mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Garnish it with coriander, lemon slices .Serve hot with green chutney.
