ABOUT Fried paneer rice RECIPE

These fried rice are very tasty .lot of vegetables and paneer is in this fried rice recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 15 cubes of paneer
  2. 1 tbsp sauce
  3. 1 tspp chilli sauce
  4. 1/2 tspp soya sauce
  5. Pepper
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tbsp cornflour
  8. 1 tsp oil
  9. 1 cup boiled rice
  10. 1/2 cup beans
  11. 1/2 cup carrot
  12. 1/2 cup capsicum
  13. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. 2 tbsp spring onion white and green
  15. Salt
  16. Pepper
  17. 1 tsp soya sauce
  18. 2 tsp green chilli sauce1 tspp oil
  19. 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl
  2. Add all marination ingredents
  3. Add paneer cubes in it and coat them with mix
  4. Add cornflour
  5. Take oil in pan and fry them
  6. Keep in a bowl
  7. Now heat one tsp oil and add garlic
  8. Then ginger chilli paste
  9. Add carrot and stir fry
  10. Then add beans and cook a little on high flame
  11. Then add capsicum
  12. Add sauces and spices
  13. Then add boiled rice
  14. Toss all of them
  15. Then add some water to mix them finely
  16. Lastly add fried paneer and spring onion white
  17. Our paneer fried rice are ready
  18. Garnish with spring onion greens
