Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. DOUGH..................
  2. Maida.....1 cup
  3. Oil....3 teaspoon
  4. Salt....1/2 teaspoon
  5. Water as required
  6. FILLING...........
  7. Crushed green peas.....1/2 cup
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. Oil....1 teaspoon
  10. Saunf powder....1 teaspoon
  11. Red chilli powder....1 teaspoon
  12. Ghee for frying
  13. CHUTNEY.......
  14. Mint leaves....1 cup
  15. Goose berry...2
  16. Black salt...1/2 teaspoon
  17. Bhuna jeera powder....1/2 teaspon
  18. Lemon juice....2 teaspoon
  19. Jaggery....1 teaspoon
  20. Water....3 teaspoon
  21. Garnish....tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Mix all dough ingredients and make hard dough with water. Cover with moist cloth and keep for ten minutes.
  2. Take a kadhai. Add oil. Put crushed peas, salt ,red chilli powder and saunf powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Take a heavy kadhai. Put ghee for frying. Make balls .Put filling and make perfect ball without cracks.
  4. Fry all on medium heat.
  5. For chutney, crush all chutney ingredients. Take out in a bowl.
  6. Serve piping hot kachoris with mint chutney and ketchup.
  7. Festive delight is ready to be served and savoured.
