ABOUT Egg less banana walnut choco oats whole wheat muffins RECIPE

This is a very healthy muffin also called as breakfast muffins...loads of vitamins and minerals from banana and walnuts and fiber from oats and whole wheat. A power packed breakfast with a glass of milk to start a great day begins with these muffins.

Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. All purpose flour+ 1 tablespoon Coco powder 125 grams
  2. Over ripe banana 2
  3. Oil/butter 28 grams
  4. Milk30 grams+6 tablespoon
  5. Sugar100 grams
  6. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Vanilla 1 teaspoon
  9. Walnuts and oats each for sprinkling on top 2 tablespoon
  10. Can add choco chips to make it more chocolaty

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana with fork.
  2. Preheat oven 180C for 10 min.
  3. Sieve all dry ingredients together 3 times.
  4. Mix oil/butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add banana and mix again.
  6. Now add the milk. Combine.
  7. Now add the dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  8. Mix until well combined. Do not over mix.
  9. Fill the muffin molds until half filled.
  10. Top with walnut and oats.
  11. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Keep an eye after 20 min because all oven are different.
  12. Tastes best the next day.
