Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup oats
  3. 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
  4. 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 big banana
  6. 1/4 cup oil
  7. 1/4 cup milk
  8. 1 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 tbsp vinegar
  11. 2 cloves
  12. Small piece of cinnamon
  13. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  14. Chocolate chips 1/2 - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Powder the sugar with cloves and cinnamon.
  2. In a bowl, take wheat flour, oats and add all the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mash the banana and pour in the oil, milk, vanilla essence and mix it with a whisk.
  4. Now pour the wet ingredients in to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
  6. Spoon the batter in till 3/4 filled, top it with some choco chips and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
