Powder the sugar with cloves and cinnamon.
In a bowl, take wheat flour, oats and add all the dry ingredients. Mix well.
In another bowl, mash the banana and pour in the oil, milk, vanilla essence and mix it with a whisk.
Now pour the wet ingredients in to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
Spoon the batter in till 3/4 filled, top it with some choco chips and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
