Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover Chapaati -2
  2. Chopped French Beans -1/2 cup
  3. Grated carrot -1 Medium
  4. Chopped Capsicum -1/4 cup
  5. Chopped onion -1 medium
  6. Chopped Tomato -1 Medium
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. Chopped Potatoes -2 Medium
  9. Roasted Peanuts -1/4 cup
  10. Chilli flakes -1 tsp
  11. Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Coriander powder -1 tsp
  14. Kitchen king masala -1 tsp
  15. Chaat masala -1/2 tsp
  16. Mustard Seeds -1/2 tsp
  17. Oil -3-4 tbs

Instructions

  1. Cut the thin slices of Chapaati...like this
  2. Now take 2 tbs of oil in a pan and add Potatoes......stir fry for 7-8 minutes on low-medium flame...take out and keep a side
  3. Now take remaining oil in that pan and add Mustard seeds, onion...saute for 2 minutes....then add Veggies and dry spices and stir fry for 5-7 minutes on low-medium flame...add Potatoes...
  4. Now add chapaati slices and Roasted Peanuts....mix properly and stir fry for 4-5 minutes on low flame.... switch off the gas and add coriander leaves..... Squeeze lemon juice and Serve hot
