Take 1 tsp of oil in a pan and roast these strips for 1-2 minutes on low flame....take out and keep a side.. Now again take 1 tsp of oil and Roast the potatoes for 7-8 minutes on low-medium flame...take out and keep a side
Now take remaining oil in that pan and add Mustard seeds,curry leaves and stir for 1 minute...Now add veggies and dry spices......saute for 8-10 minutes...at last add coriander leaves and Roasted Peanuts
Now take out this mixture in a bowl and keep a side
Now take a greased bakeware and make a layer of chapaati and sprinkle some sambhar masala...Now make a layer of Veggie mixture then again sprinkle some sambhar masala
Now again make a layer of chapaati and sprinkle some sambhar masala
Now again make a layer of Veggie mixture and sprinkle some sambhar masala....... spread Coriander leaves......then spread Cheese and place the Tomatoe slices....
Bake this at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or untill the cheese melt...... Garnish with roasted Peanuts & Serve hot
