Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover Chapaati -2
  2. French Beans -1/2 cup
  3. Grated carrot -1 Medium
  4. Chopped Capsicum -1/4 cup
  5. Chopped onion -1 medium
  6. Chopped Tomatoes -1 Medium
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. Chopped Potatoes -2 Medium
  9. Curry leaves -8-10
  10. Mustard Seeds -1/2 tsp
  11. Chilli flakes -1 tsp
  12. Chaat masala -1 tsp
  13. Sambhar Masala -1.5 tsp
  14. Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
  15. Coriander powder -1 tsp
  16. Roasted Peanuts -1/4 cup
  17. Cheese (Mozarella or processed)-1/2 cup
  18. Oil -2-3 tbs
  19. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the thin strips of chapaati
  2. Take 1 tsp of oil in a pan and roast these strips for 1-2 minutes on low flame....take out and keep a side.. Now again take 1 tsp of oil and Roast the potatoes for 7-8 minutes on low-medium flame...take out and keep a side
  3. Now take remaining oil in that pan and add Mustard seeds,curry leaves and stir for 1 minute...Now add veggies and dry spices......saute for 8-10 minutes...at last add coriander leaves and Roasted Peanuts
  4. Now take out this mixture in a bowl and keep a side
  5. Now take a greased bakeware and make a layer of chapaati and sprinkle some sambhar masala...Now make a layer of Veggie mixture then again sprinkle some sambhar masala
  6. Now again make a layer of chapaati and sprinkle some sambhar masala
  7. Now again make a layer of Veggie mixture and sprinkle some sambhar masala....... spread Coriander leaves......then spread Cheese and place the Tomatoe slices....
  8. Bake this at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or untill the cheese melt...... Garnish with roasted Peanuts & Serve hot
