I am on paleo diet and now a days ..finding new varities in vegetarian food. After seeing this theme of five veggies i decided to come out my comfort jone .thank you team better butter to give this theme. Now i have some more new yummilicios recipes .If you are health concious then please try pumpkin wedges.These are very much similar to potato wedges in taste.Now i never miss potato fingers.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Pumpkin -1 large piece
  2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  3. Garlic - 4 pods
  4. Red chilli (degi mirch) - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Chat masala - 1 teaspoon
  7. Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut pumpkin in wedges
  2. Boil water in a pan add salt n now add pumpkin wedges and cover the pan
  3. Let them stand for ten minutes and after that pet dry with kitchen towel
  4. Place salt,chilli ,oregano,chaat masala and olive oil in a mixing bowl
  5. Add pumpkin wedges and mix properly until the wedges are coated
  6. Preheat oven at 250° and place wedges in a lined baking tray
  7. Bake them on 250 ° for 15 minutes and after that flip them and again bake them for 15 minutes
  8. Pumpkin wedges are ready
