Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup pumpkin puree ( boiled).
  2. 11/2 cup water chestnut flour (singhara atta).
  3. 1/2 cup buckwheat flour( kuttu atta).
  4. Salt to taste (sendha namak).
  5. 2 -3 chopped green chillies.
  6. 3 tbsp butter.
  7. 1 tbsp oil.

Instructions

  1. Knead a soft dough using both the flours, green chillies , butter , oil, salt and pumpkin puree.
  2. Rest it for 15 to 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Meanwhile pre heat the oven @ 220 degree Celsius.
  4. Take a small portion of dough, roll out into a chapati. Cut into 6 equal triangles. Pierce the triangles with fork so that they don't pluff like puris.
  5. Grease a baking tray , place the triangles on it.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes @ 220 degree Celsius.
  7. These nachos can be deep fried also.
  8. Served with tangy tomato salsa.
