Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almond-20gm
  2. Walnut-20gm
  3. Melon seeds10gm
  4. White sesame -10gm
  5. Coconuts Powder-10 gm
  6. Jaggrey 10gm
  7. Ghee 1/4 tspn
  8. Ripe banana 1
  9. Mawa 1tspn
  10. Choco chips 50gms
  11. Milk powder 100gms
  12. Cardamom powder 1/4tspn

Instructions

  1. Roast almonds, walnuts,sesame seeds and melon seeds and dry roast lightly.
  2. Grind these mixture to make a powder.
  3. Take out the mixture and add coconut powder.
  4. Add 2 TSPN mawa.keep a side.
  5. Caramel the jaggrey with a 1 tspoon of ghee.
  6. Add cardomom powder to it.
  7. Put the this syrop on prepared nuts powder and make a dough with this.
  8. Now take tart moulds and put some foil paper it.
  9. Spread small dough and on tart moulds.
  10. Keep It on fridge for one hours.
  11. Meanwhile make a paste of bananas and milk powder.
  12. Add choco chips to the paste .
  13. Now take our tarts from fridge and demould it carefully.
  14. Keep tarts plate and pour prepared banana cream on it.
  15. Again keep it in fridge for 15 minutes.
  16. Tarts are ready to have.
  17. Decorate with choco chips or as your ideas.
