Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Buckwheat floor
  2. 5 table spoon milk
  3. 1pinch rock salt
  4. 1/2cup grounded sugar
  5. 1/2cup peanut oil
  6. For Filling
  7. 1/4cup hung curd
  8. 1/4cup grounded sugar
  9. 1teaspoon Cardmom powder
  10. 2 table spoonChopped fruits kiwi ,apple, strawberry,banana

Instructions

  1. Mix buckwheat floor ,oil salt ,sugar and milk in a big bowl.and make a dough.
  2. Keep this dough in the fridge for half an hour.
  3. Take out the dough from the fridge .And take out a small ball from the dough .
  4. Roll it and cut with cutter and place it in the tart case .
  5. And make all tart like this .
  6. Bake all tarts in the preheated oven at 190℃ for 20 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile take a bowl add hung curd ,sugar and cardamom powder in this .Mix well now add chopped fruits in this .Mix well again.
  8. Now de mold all tarts and cool down on the cooling rack .
  9. Now take a tart fill a dollop of fruity shree kand in this .
  10. Refrigerate before serving .
  11. Serve cool for better taste
