Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10 pieces - Bhindi
  2. 1/4 tsp - Haldi powder
  3. N/A
  4. 6 tsp - cornflour
  5. 4 tsp - maida
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. 1/4 tsp - onion seeds
  8. 1 cup - poha,
  9. Oil - for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Cut bhindi into 4 long pieces.
  2. Take a bowl. add cornflour, haldi, salt, maida, onion seed and make a paste with water. Keep aside
  3. Spread poha on a plate.
  4. Dip bhindis into the paste and coat with poha.
  5. Heat oil well and deep fry the coated bindis. When they become light brown in colour remove from heat and serve hot with chutney.
