Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. fresh paneer 200 gms grated
  2. Atta or whole wheat flour 2 cups
  3. Salt a pinch
  4. ginger grated 1/2 inch
  5. coriander leaves 1/4 cups chopped
  6. Oil 2 tsp
  7. Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  8. chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. ghee 4 tsp for frying the parathas
  10. Water

Instructions

  1. Mix grated paneer with salt , chilli powder , grated ginger
  2. Also add amchoor powder and coriander powder
  3. Mix and knead lightly , make small balls and keep aside
  4. Now mix atta with water and salt ,make dough with enough water
  5. The dough should be soft
  6. Now add oil and knead it well
  7. Cover the dough with a moist cloth for 20 mins
  8. Now make equal size balls
  9. Roll each balls a little and put the stuffing
  10. Again make balls
  11. Roll them by dusting with atta
  12. Heat a nonstick pan fry each side well
  13. When paratha becomes little brown apply ghee on both sides
  14. Fry until they are crispy and brown
  15. Pack them with mixed vegetables and salad for a wholesome lunch
