ABOUT Orange berries pancakes RECIPE

This is my kid's favorite recipe very delicious and healthy recipe for kids.. I serve it with freshly made strawberry crush

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 2cups
  2. Sugar 2 tablespoons
  3. Orange slices 4
  4. Orange juice 1/2 cup
  5. Blueberries 2 tablespoons
  6. Walnuts 1 tablespoon
  7. Strawberries 5...6
  8. Sugar for crush 2 tablespoons
  9. Oil to shallow fry pancakes

Instructions

  1. For strawberry crush chopped strawberries finely
  2. Put a vok on medium heat
  3. Add chopped strawberries and sugar for crush in it
  4. Add 2 tablespoons water
  5. Cook for 4...5 minutes till it becomes thick
  6. Now take the flour in a pot
  7. Add chopped orange slices and orange juice
  8. Add chopped walnuts and blueberries
  9. Add sugar
  10. Make a smooth thick batter with water
  11. Now grease the pan
  12. Spread a big spoon batter on hot pan
  13. Cook from both sides to become pinkish
  14. Serve with strawberry crush
