Kababs made of vegetables soya and potato.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3-4 boiled potatoes
  2. 1 cup soya granules
  3. 1 cup boiled peas
  4. 1 cup boiled corns
  5. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp chat masala
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  11. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  12. 1 tsp lemon juice
  13. 1 1/2 tsp cornflour
  14. bread crumbs or toast crumbs

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add boiled potato and mash it.
  2. Put soaked soya in a mixer and grind ( coarsely).
  3. Add coarsely grinded soya granules, peas, corn, capsicum and green chilli.
  4. Add ginger paste and dry masala mix it properly.
  5. Add lemon juice, cornflour and mix properly.
  6. Make in cylindrical shape kababs roll into breadcrumbs/toast crumbs.
  7. Roast the kebabs in a little oil from all the sides.
  8. Serve hot, ketchup or green chutney.
