Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Red lentils 100gms
  2. 1tsp ginger
  3. Salt 1tsp
  4. Chopped onion 1 medium sized
  5. Chopped tomato 1 medium sized
  6. Butter 20gms
  7. Cumin powder half tsp
  8. Pepper half tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  10. Coriander half cup
  11. Bread croutons

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put red lentils wash and soaked 15mins
  2. Add Ginger , Tomato,onion add into soaked dal bowl
  3. Put into pressure cooker allow to cook as 3 vissles once it's vissle come Free
  4. Open up smash nicely filter it will get nice semi liquid dall
  5. Heat a cadai put butter pour this filter liquid add salt,pepperturmeric,coriander
  6. Boil well once soup gets thick and bubbling transfer to serve ing bowl
  7. Garnish with fresh cream and bread croutons
  8. Ready to serve
