Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Oil 1 tsp
  4. butter
  5. Dry wheat flour
  6. Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  7. Fresh corn 1 cup
  8. Yellow capsicum 1
  9. Potatoes 2
  10. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  11. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  12. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt
  14. Garam Masala
  15. Turmeric Powder
  16. Green chili sauce 1 tsp
  17. Dry oregano 1 tbsp
  18. Grated mozarella cheese 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take the flour, salt and chili flakes in bowl or food processor. Knead into a soft, smooth dough using water as required. Put some oil over the dough and cover and keep aside for 15-20 min.
  2. For the filling, heat oil in a pan add cumin and mustard seeds. Once they splutter add boiled and grated potato, chopped capsicum and corn, saute for 2 min. Add red chili, salt, turmeric, garam masala and green chili sauce, mix well.
  3. Switch off the heat, add the grated cheese and mix well. Keep the mixture aside to cool.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions. Take a dough and roll into a circle. Give paratha desired shape.
  5. Take the portion of filling and place it middle of the paratha. And add another paratha on it, seal the edges properly and tightly. Shallow fry the stuffed parathas on hot tawa or griddle using some butter make it little crisp.
  6. Repeat the same procedure to make the remaining stuff parathas. Serve hot with yogurt.
