ABOUT Leftover Rice Namkeen Bars RECIPE

This is great recipe made from leftover rice and various vegetables. This is a very easy and quick Snake recipe that gets ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Rice 2 cups
  2. Finely chopped capsicum 3 tbsp
  3. Finely chopped carrot 3 tbsp
  4. Finely chopped onion 4 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped green chilli 2
  6. Grated paneer 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli flakes or red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Chat masala 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  12. Cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Sooji 1/2 cup
  14. Corn flour 2 tbsp or as required
  15. Curd 2 tbsp
  16. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Take a blending jar, add rice and mesh well.
  2. Left oil and add all the ingredients in meshed rice and mix well.
  3. Take a plate and greased with oil and spread mixture evenly.
  4. Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
  5. Now cut into desire shape.
  6. Take a pan and heat oil for shallow fry in medium heat.
  7. When oil heated then add a bar.
  8. Fry them until golden brown.
  9. Insert ice cream sticks into the bars.
  10. Leftover Rice Namkeen Bars are ready to serve.
