Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over chapathis - 3
  2. Onions - 1( finely chopped)
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  4. Grated carrot - 1tsp
  5. Capsicum - 1 cup (finely chopped)
  6. Cabbage - 1cup (finely copped)
  7. Tomato ketchup - 1tsp
  8. Salt - as required
  9. Oil - 2tsp

Instructions

  1. In a woak add oil then onion,ginger garlic paste... saute till the raw smell goes of..
  2. Now add all the vegetables and saute well.. add salt in it..switch of the flame and keep aside
  3. Take ome left over chapathi spread 1 tsp of tomato ketchup fully in it.
  4. In the middle keep the vegetable mixture in the chapathi and make a roll
  5. Enjoy the vegetable roti rolls with your favourite juices..
