Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peanuts 100gms
  2. Butter 150 gms
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Turmeric 1 tbsp
  5. Refined oil 3 tbsp
  6. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  7. Frozen chaap 5 sticks
  8. 3 onion
  9. 4 garlic piece
  10. 3 tomato
  11. 4 greenchilli
  12. Red chilli powder
  13. Cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan
  2. Put some peanuts to roast untill
  3. Keep aside
  4. Put the chopped onion garlic and tomato saute well keep aside for cool it down
  5. Make the paste of onion tomato and put the roasted peanuts as well
  6. Cut the chaap into pieces and fry it on low flame till its golden brown
  7. Tale 2 tbsp of oil and after heating the oil put the cumin seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder and garam masala and salt to taste after its cooked add the onion paste and cook it well add some water let the curry cook for atleast 10 mins now add fried chaap and cover with lod for atleast 10 mins to cook so that that masala enters in chaap.
  8. Now add add 150gms butter ...without adding butter it can nkt taste good. Now ready to serve
