Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Saatu 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Refined flour 1 cup
  4. desi ghee
  5. Onion 2
  6. Green chilli 10
  7. green coriander
  8. Lemon juice 4 spoon
  9. Salt
  10. Ajwain 1 spoon
  11. Tomato 4
  12. garlic pod 1
  13. Ginger 4 piece
  14. Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  15. Chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  16. Black salt 1/4 spoon
  17. Mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Take a deep vessel, put both flour in it and mix it. Add salt,ajwain and mix it. Add ghee in this and mix as if forming a dough. When the ingredients begin to bind together then start adding water slowly to the flour mixture to prepare a medium soft dough for Sattu Ki khasta kachori . Add chopped onion,Ginger,Garlic,Green chilli,Green coriander,Salt lemon juice, mustard oil and mix all the ingredients. check if it begins to bind. Now take dough for making Sattu Ki Khasta Kachori and knead it again to smoothen it. Then prepare small balls . Then take one ball and with the help of your thumb and fingers and make a dip in ball. Now place some Sattu Ki Stuffing in the dip and then bring the sides together to form a pouch. Then roll and smoothen it like a stuffed ball. Place one stuffed ball over it and press it slightly with your hand. Now heat some ghee for frying the Sattu Ki Khasta Kachori in a kadhai. Reduce the flame to medium level when the ghee is heated completely. Then transfer the Sattu Ki Khasta Kachori to it to fry until it turns golden brown on both the sides.
