Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Jaw ka sattu 1 tablespoon
  2. Channe ka sattu 1 tablespoon
  3. Milk powder 2 tablespoons
  4. Sugar powder 2 tablespoons
  5. Cardamom powder ½ teaspoon
  6. Fine chopped almonds 8-10
  7. Fine chopped cashews 8-10
  8. Raisins 8-10
  9. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  10. All purpose flour 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the almonds and cashwes.
  2. Take a bowl and mix both the sattu, dry roasted dry fruits, raisins, milk powder, cardamom powder and sugar powder and mix it all well.
  3. Now take all purpose flour, wheat flour, water and refined oil to make a fine dough and leave aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Now make a big puri from the dough, and cut it into two equal round shape with the help of biscuit cutter.
  5. Take one round puri and fill the center with sweet sattu mixture and cover it with another. Press the corners with the help of fork.
  6. Gently fry the kachoris on medium flame
