Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled green peas 1 bowl
  2. Roasted and crushed makhana 1 bowl
  3. Boiled Potato 1 large
  4. Chopped onion 2tbsp
  5. Chopped ginger 1tsp
  6. Chopped green chili 1tsp
  7. Chopped cashew nuts 1tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chili powder 1tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1tbsp
  11. Dry mango powder 2tsp
  12. Ghee 1tbsp
  13. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  14. Chopped coriander 2tbsp
  15. Oil for frying
  16. For coating - cornflour mixed in half cup water and bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN
  2. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GINGER, GREEN CHILIES, 2 TBSP ONIONS, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  3. ADD 1 BOILED POTATO
  4. ADD 1 CUP BOILED GREEN PEAS
  5. ADD SALT, 1 TSP RED CHILI, 1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TBSP CASHEWS, 1 CUP ROASTED & CRUSHED MAKHANA
  7. ADD 2 TBSP WATER, MIX WELL
  8. ADD 2 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER
  9. ADD 2 TSP AMCHUR POWDER, STIR & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  10. MASH & SHAPE INTO BALLS
  11. COAT THE BALLS WITH CORNFLOUR-WATER SLURRY, ROLL IN BREADCRUMBS
  12. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  13. FRY ON BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  14. SERVE HOT
