ABOUT Cachumar salad RECIPE

Hearty and healthy salad to be served along with some roti and curry.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped onion 2 tbsp
  2. Chopped tomato 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped cucumber 2 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Blackpepper powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  7. Fresh cream 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. 2 TBSP CHOPPED ONION, 2 TBSP CHOPPED TOMATO AND PEELED CUCUMBER.
  2. CHOP CUCUMBER.
  3. ALL ALL VEGIES, ADD SALT, 1/4TDP BLACKPEPPER POWDER, 1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI.
  4. ADD 1 TBSP FRESH CREAM AND MIX WELL.
  5. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE AND MIX WELL.
