  1. Cooked rice. 1/2 cup
  2. Semolina. 1/2 cup
  3. Oats. 3 tbs
  4. Liquid milk. 3 tbs
  5. Rice flour. 1 tbs
  6. Bread crumbs. 1/2 cup
  7. Onion minced. 3 tbs
  8. Green chilli shredded. 1/2 tbs
  9. Salt. 1 tsp
  10. Carrot shredded. 3 tbs
  11. Potato shredded. 3 tbs
  12. Lamon juice. 1 tsp
  13. Green coriander leaves. 4 tbs
  14. Mastard oil. 1 tbs
  15. Roasted Cumin powder. 1 tsp
  16. All spices powder. 1/3 tsp

Instructions

  1. NEEDED.COOKED RICE, SEMOLLINA,OATS, LIQUID MILK, GREEN CHILLI SHREDDED, BREAD CRUMBS, RICE FLOUR.
  2. MASTURD OIL, LAMON JUICE, GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES,SALT, SHREDDED POTATO, ONION, CUMIN POWDER,ALL SPICES POWDER.
  3. TRANSFER SEMOLINA IN A BOWL.
  4. ADD MILK.
  5. STIR WELL & ALLOW IT TO REST FOR 5 MINUTES.
  6. TAKE COOKED RICE.
  7. MASHED RICE VERY NICELY.
  8. ADD SOAKED SEMOLINA WITH MASHED RICE.
  9. ADD SALT,
  10. ADD SHREDDED ONION.
  11. ADD SHREDDED POTATOES.
  12. ADD SHREDDED CARROTS
  13. ADD SHREDDED GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES.
  14. ADD OATS,BREAD CRUMBS, RICE FLOUR.
  15. ADD MINCED GREEN CHILLIES, MINCED GINGER, MINCED GARLIC.
  16. ADD ALL SPICES POWDER, ROASTED CUMIN POWDER.
  17. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS VERY WELL.
  18. ADD MASTURD OIL & GIVE A LAST MIX.
  19. GREASE UR BOARD WITH MASTARD OIL.
  20. TAKE SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH AND FLATTEN WITH HAND.KEEP THICKNESS LIKE DONUTS .
  21. CUT FLOWER SHAPED DONUT WITH BISCUIT CUTTER.
  22. CUT CENTRE WITH A SMALL LID OF WATER BOTTLE.
  23. FLOWER SHAPED RICE DONUT.
  24. MAKE ANOTHER SHAPED DONUT WITH STAR CUTTER.FIX ITS CENTRAL HOLE WITH FINGER.
  25. DONUTS ARE READY TO FRY.
  26. DEEP FRY ALL DONUTS IN SUFFICIENT OIL THAT IS PROPERLY HEATED.
  27. FRY DONUTS UNTIL IT GETS PERFECT GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR.
