Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ghee 2 tbs
  2. Cumin 1 tsp
  3. Termeric powder 1 tsp
  4. Sliced onion 1
  5. Chopped carrot 2 tbsp
  6. Green peas 2 tbsp
  7. Chopped capsicum 1 tbsp
  8. Blackpepper powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Broken wheat 1/2cup
  11. Split and husked green gram 1/4cup
  12. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  13. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  14. Water 3 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE IN A COOKER ,ADD CUMIN AND SLICED ONIONS AND SAUTEED TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  2. ADD FINE CHOPPED CARROTS AND PEAS.
  3. ADD FINE CHOPPED CAPCICUM, BLACKPEPPER POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER.... MIX WELL.
  4. ADD BROKEN WHEAT AND SPLIT AND HUSKED GREEN GRAM.
  5. ADD WATER AND SALT.
  6. ADD CORIENDER POWDER AND LEMON JUICE.
  7. CLOSE THE LID AND TAKE 2 WHISTLES.
  8. NOW OPEN THE LID AND SERVE.
