ABOUT Orange Marmalade RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm orange pulp of 2-3 orange
  2. 1 tsp Lemon zest
  3. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. 150 gm sugar

Instructions

  1. SLIT THE ORANGE SAGMENTS FROM CENTRE AND TAKE OUT THE PULP IN A BOWL, REMOVE SEEDS AND SKIN.
  2. ADD 250 GM OF ORANGE PULP & 1/4 CUP OF WATER
  3. ADD 150 GM OF SUGAR & 1 TSP LEMON ZEST MIX WELL
  4. LET IT BOIL ON MEDIUM HEAT. STIRRING CONSTANTLY
  5. WHEN IT BECOMES THICK, ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  6. COOK IT FOR 2 MINUTES. OFF THE FLAME.
  7. TAKE OUT IN A BOWL.
  8. WHEN IT COOLS DOWN, STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER
  9. CUT THE BREAD SLICES INTO CIRCLES
  10. SPREAD 1 TBSP MARMALADE ON A BREAD SLICE
  11. ADD CHOPPED KIWI ON TOP OF IT
  12. ENJOY YOUR FRUITY SANDWICH WITH HOMEMADE MARMALADE
