Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ladys' finger finely chopped 2 cup
  2. tamarind gooseberry sized soaked in 1/4 cup water
  3. Leftover storch of cooked rice 1/2 cup
  4. salt to taste
  5. jaggery gooseberry sized
  6. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  7. Leftover chutney powder 1 tsp
  8. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  9. mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. urad dal 1 tsp
  11. red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI, LET IT SPLIT
  2. ADD TAMARIND SOAKED WATER
  3. ADD STORCHY WATER OF BOILED RICE
  4. ADD SALT AND JAGGERY
  5. ADD CHUTNEY POWDER AND LADYS' FINGER INTO BOILING WATER
  6. STIR AND CLOSE THE LID TO COOK
  7. WATER DRIES UP, ADD COCONUT AND SERVE
