Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup spinach blanched and cooled
  2. 1 cup grated paneer
  3. 1 cup grated cheese
  4. 1 cup boiled and mashed potato
  5. 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  6. 1 tsp green chilli
  7. 11/2 tsp rosted cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp amchur
  9. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  12. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  13. 4 tsp cornflour
  14. 1/2 cup semolina
  15. Oil for Deep frying
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. MIX 1 CUP EACH OF BLANCHED, COOLED SPINACH, GRATED PANEER & CHEDDAR CHEESE
  2. ADD 1 CUP BOILED, MASHED POTATOES, 2 TBSP CORIANDER
  3. ADD 1 TSP GREEN CHILLI, 1.5 TSP ROASTED CUMIN, 1 TSP AMCHUR
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA & PEPPER POWDERS
  5. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 4 TSP CORNFLOUR
  7. MIX IT WELL
  8. REFRIGERATE FOR 20 MINS
  9. SHAPE INTO KEBABS
  10. DIP IN CORNFLOUR SLURRY, COAT WITH SEMOLINA
  11. SHALLOW FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  12. REMOVE ON TISSUE PAPER
