Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Banana 1/4 cup
  2. Curd 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar 1 tbsp
  4. Walnut 3 kernels
  5. Bell Pepper 1/4 cup
  6. Chilli 2 nos.
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  10. Oil 1 tsp
  11. Paneer 5-6 nos
  12. Honey
  13. Potato,bell pepper -1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. For Banana lassi,Add in 1/4 Cup of yoghurt
  2. Then add in 1/4 cup of chopped banana
  3. Add in 1 tbsp of powdered sugar
  4. Add in 3 walnut kernels
  5. Churn it well
  6. Serve it in a shot glass
  7. Serve chilled
  8. For Peri Peri barbeque paneer, Add in 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
  9. Add in 2 dry red chillies
  10. Add in 1/2 tsp more pepper powder if you do not eat red chilli during fast
  11. Add in 2 crushed basil leaves
  12. Add in sendha namak as per taste
  13. Crush it coarsely
  14. Then add 1 tsp of lemon juice
  15. Add in 1 tsp of peanut oil
  16. Then coat the paneer properly with the paste
  17. Paneer should be kept aside for 10 mins to marinate
  18. Grease with peanut oil
  19. Add in the paneer and grill it for 5 mins
  20. These are ready
  21. For Skewers
  22. Add in 1 tsp of honey to 2 tsp of lemon juice
  23. Then add in 1/2 tsp of rock salt and black pepper powder
  24. Take 1/4 cup of yellow, green and red bell pepper ,paneer and fried sweet potato
  25. Coat with dressing
  26. Then keep it for 10 mins and make skewers
  27. Cook it well
  28. Sprinkle seaseme seeds
  29. Ready !!
  30. Enjoy!
