Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For stuffing:
  2. Peanut dip 1/4cup + 2tsp
  3. Powdered peanut 1tsp
  4. Chilli powder 1/2tsp
  5. Lemon 1
  6. Coriander 2tsp
  7. Chopped carrot 2tbsp
  8. Chopped cabbage 1/2cup
  9. Green chilli 2chopped
  10. For peanut dip :
  11. Salt one pinch
  12. Soy sauce 1/4tsp
  13. Sugar 1/4tsp
  14. Garlic 1
  15. Lemon juice 1/2tsp
  16. Chilli power 1/4tsp
  17. Honey 1tsp
  18. Peanut 1/4cup
  19. For kebab:
  20. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  21. Soy sauce 1/2tsp
  22. Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  23. Rice flour (optional for binding)
  24. Potato boiled one large
  25. Crumbled Paneer 1/4cup +2tbsp
  26. Salt
  27. Chilli powder 1/4tsp
  28. Green chilli 2
  29. Ginger chopped 1tbsp
  30. Garlic 8 pods
  31. Soya chunks 1/2cup
  32. For wrap :
  33. Oil 1tsp
  34. Salt as needed
  35. Flour 3/4th cup
  36. Oil for drizzling 4tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD FLOUR, OIL ,SALT IN A BOWL AND ADD ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE IT A SMOOTH DOUGH
  2. MAKE SMALL BALLS AND ROLL THE IT TO A ROUND DISC WITH ENOUGH DUSTING
  3. PUT ON A GRIDDLE PAN AND COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES WITH OIL DRIZZLED AND REPEAT THE SAME
  4. BOIL SOYA IN HOT WATER AND WASH IT TWICE AND PUT IT ON A MIXIE JAR WITH GARLIC GREEN CHILLI GINGER
  5. ADD IT TO THE CRUMBLED PANEER AND SEASON WITH CHILLIPOWDER AND SALT
  6. SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE
  7. ADD SOY SAUCE
  8. ADD BOILED AND MASHED POTATO
  9. MIX WELL TO MAKE A STIFF MIX THAT YOU CAN A FORM CYLINDRICAL BALL WITH A TOOTH PICK INSERTED TO HOLD
  10. IN A PAN HEAT OIL AND PLACE THE KEBAB STICKS CAREFULLY ON IT
  11. TURN THEM WHEN THEY ARE GOLDEN ON ONE SIDE AND REPEAT IT ALL SIDE WITHOUT BREAKING IN MEDIUM FLAME
  12. ONCE THEY ARE DONE ON BOTH SIDE TAKE THEM OUT AND DRAIN EXCESS OIL IN A PAPER
  13. FOR DIP : ADD WARM ROASTED PEANUTS IN A MIXIE AND GRIND THEM COARSE AND KEEP 1TSP SEPARATELY
  14. THEN ADD LITTLE SOY SAUCE
  15. THEN ADD HONEY, GARLIC,SUGAR
  16. ALSO ADD CHILLI POWDER,LEMON JUICE AND GRIND IT TO SMOOTH PASTE
  17. KEEP EVERYTHING READY ALONG WITH CHOPPED CABBAGE ,CARROT,CORIANDER, LEMON JUICE,GARLIC,CHILLIPOWDER
  18. TAKE ONE WRAP AND SPREAD WITH PEANUT DIP THEN PLACE KEBAB OVER IT AND SPRINKLE SOME PEANUT POWDER
  19. PUT SOME CABBAGE CARROT CORIANDER ON TOP AND SPRINKLE SOME CHILLI POWDER
  20. SQUEEZE SOME LEMON JUICE AND TOP IT WITH GREEN CHILLI(OPTIONAL)
  21. OPTIONALLY YOU CAN ADD MORE PEANUT POWDER FOR CRISP AND ROLL IT TO WRAP AND SEAL IT WITH TOOTHPICK
