ABOUT Multi flour garlic cheese bread RECIPE

This breed contains 4 type of flour some spices garlic and cheese. I add Kasuri methi and Pav Bhaji mashala. It can be a good tea time snak or breakfast bread also.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dry Yeast 1 teaspoon
  2. sugar 1 teaspoon
  3. Luke warm water 1cup
  4. All purpose flour for dusting
  5. Whole wheet flour 1cup
  6. Oats 1 cup
  7. Corn flour 3/4 cup
  8. Besan or gram flour 3/4 cup
  9. Salt 3/4 teaspoon or as per your taste
  10. Crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon
  11. Onion powder 1 teaspoon
  12. Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  13. Cilli flex 1 teaspoon
  14. Origano 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Kasuri methi 1 teaspoon
  16. Pav Bhaji mashala 1 teaspoon
  17. Mozzarella cheese shredded 1cup
  18. Vegetable oil for the dough 1 table spoon
  19. Vegetable oil for brushing the tawa and bread 2 table spoon

Instructions

  1. SOAK DRY YEAST IN LUKE WARM WATER
  2. ADD SUGAR AND LEAVE IT FOR ATLEAST 20 MINUTES
  3. TAKE WHOLE WHEET FLOUR
  4. GRIND OATS
  5. ADD THE OATS POWDER
  6. ADD CORN FLOUR
  7. ADD GRAM FLOUR OR BESAN
  8. ADD SALT
  9. ADD BLACK PEPPER CRUSHED
  10. ADD SOAKED YEAST MIX
  11. COVER IT AND LEAVE IT FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES
  12. AFTER 30 MINUTES ADD VEGETABLE OIL AND MIX
  13. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC
  14. ADD RED CILLI FLEX
  15. ADD ONION POWDER
  16. MIX WELL
  17. SPRINKLE SOME FLOUR
  18. KNEAD IT
  19. SPREAD SOME FLOUR ON A PLATE
  20. MAKE A ROUND THICK ROTI
  21. PUT SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  22. ADD LITTLE ORIGANO
  23. A LITTLE TWIST- ADD LITTLE PAV BHAJI MASHALA
  24. ADD KASURI METHI
  25. MIX WITH A SPOON
  26. WRAP IT
  27. PRESS WITH YOUR HANDS
  28. SPREAD SESAME SEEDS AND BRUSH WITH OIL
  29. HEAT A TAWA AND BRUSH WITH OIL
  30. PLACE THE MULTI FLOUR BREAD
  31. COVER IT WITH A LID AND COOK ON VERY LOW FLAME FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
  32. FLIP IT AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE SIMILARLY
  33. REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS AND BRUSH WITH OIL INBETWEEN
  34. THEN CHEEK WITH A FORK
  35. IF COOKED PROPERLY
