Onion powder 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Cilli flex 1 teaspoon

Kasuri methi 1 teaspoon
Pav Bhaji mashala 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese shredded 1cup
Vegetable oil for the dough 1 table spoon
Vegetable oil for brushing the tawa and bread 2 table spoon
Instructions
SOAK DRY YEAST IN LUKE WARM WATER
ADD SUGAR AND LEAVE IT FOR ATLEAST 20 MINUTES
TAKE WHOLE WHEET FLOUR
GRIND OATS
ADD THE OATS POWDER
ADD CORN FLOUR
ADD GRAM FLOUR OR BESAN
ADD SALT
ADD BLACK PEPPER CRUSHED
ADD SOAKED YEAST MIX
COVER IT AND LEAVE IT FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES
AFTER 30 MINUTES ADD VEGETABLE OIL AND MIX
ADD CHOPPED GARLIC
ADD RED CILLI FLEX
ADD ONION POWDER
MIX WELL
SPRINKLE SOME FLOUR
KNEAD IT
SPREAD SOME FLOUR ON A PLATE
MAKE A ROUND THICK ROTI
PUT SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
ADD LITTLE ORIGANO
A LITTLE TWIST- ADD LITTLE PAV BHAJI MASHALA
ADD KASURI METHI
MIX WITH A SPOON
WRAP IT
PRESS WITH YOUR HANDS
SPREAD SESAME SEEDS AND BRUSH WITH OIL
HEAT A TAWA AND BRUSH WITH OIL
PLACE THE MULTI FLOUR BREAD
COVER IT WITH A LID AND COOK ON VERY LOW FLAME FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
FLIP IT AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE SIMILARLY
REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS AND BRUSH WITH OIL INBETWEEN
THEN CHEEK WITH A FORK
