  1. Clarified butter- 1/2kg
  2. Wheat flour- 1kg
  3. Cardmom powder- 1teaspoon
  4. Edible gum-250gm
  5. Chopped cashewnut- 250gm
  6. Poppy seeds- 150gm
  7. Chopped almonds- 250gm
  8. Desicated coconut- 250gm
  9. Powdered sugar 500gm

Instructions

  1. PUT 250GM EDIBLE GUM IN A MIXER JAAR.
  2. MAKE FINE POWDER AND KEEP ASIDE.
  3. HEAT 1/2KG CLARIFIED BUTTER IN A HEAVY BOTTOM PAN.
  4. ADD 1KG WHEAT FLOUR.
  5. ROAST IT ON SLOW FLAM TILL LIGHT BROWN IN COLOUR.(IT'S TAKE 15 TO 20 MINUTES)
  6. NOW ADD EDIBLE GUM POWDER.
  7. ADD 1TEASPOON CARDMOM POWDER AND ROAST IT ON SLOW FLAM TILL GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR.(IT'S TAKE ANOTHER 20 TO 25 MINUTES)
  8. ADD 150GM POPPY SEEDS.
  9. NOW ADD 250GM CHOPPED CASHEWNUT AND 250GM CHOPPED ALMONDS.
  10. NOW ADD 250GM DESICATED COCONUT.
  11. MIX WELL AND ROAST IT FOR ANOTHER 5MINUTS.
  12. SWITCH OFF THE FLAM AND AND COOL IT COMPLETELY.
  13. ADD 500GM POWDERED SUGAR.
  14. AND MIX WELL.
  15. TAKE SMALL PORTION OF MIXTURE AND MAKE SMALL SIZE LADOO'S.
