Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Paneer cubes 7-8
  4. Mustard powder 1 tsp
  5. Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  6. Curry leaves 1 string
  7. Coconut oil 2 tsp
  8. Urad dal 1 tsp
  9. Bengal gram 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Onion chopped 1 cup
  12. Lemon juice 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP COCONUT OIL, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF URAD & CHANA DALS
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP MUSTARD POWDER
  3. ADD 1-2 CHOPPED ONIONS, FRY UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP SWEET CORN
  5. ADD SALT, 8-10 COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES
  6. ADD 10-12 CURRY LEAVES
  7. ADD 2 CUPS COOKED & COOLED RICE, MIX & SAUTE FOR 1-2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
  8. DRIZZLE 1 TSP LEMON JUICE ON TOP, MIX & SERVE HOT
