Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 steamed grated beetroot
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. half cup mashed Paneer
  4. one fourth Cup boiled corn
  5. 1 cup rolled oats
  6. one teaspoon amchoor powder
  7. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  8. half teaspoon Garam Masala
  9. half teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  10. one teaspoon lemon juice
  11. salt to taste
  12. one tablespoon oil for Shallow frying

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 2 STEAMED GRATED BEETROOT AND 2 BOILED AND GRATED POTATOES
  2. 1 CHOPPED ONION, 1/2 CUP MASHED PANEER
  3. 1 TBSP GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE, 1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  4. 1 CUP ROLLED OATS, FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  5. 1 TSP AMCHUR POWDER, 1/2TSP GARAM MASALA, 1/2TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT
  6. 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
  7. MIX NICELY
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP BOILED CORNS
  9. MIX NICELY
  10. GREASE YOUR PALM AND SHAPE KABABS
  11. HEAT 1 TBSP OF OIL IN A PAN
  12. SHALLOW FRY THE KABABS
  13. FLIP SIDE WHEN GOLDEN BROWN
  14. FRY NICELY FROM BOTH SIDES
  15. CRISPY KABABS ARE READY
