Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp haldi
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 cup washed and chopped palak
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tsp jeera
  9. 1 tsp ginger paste
  10. 1 cup chopped onion
  11. For tadka---
  12. 1 tsp oil or ghee
  13. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  14. 1 bay leaf
  15. 1 dry red chilli
  16. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. HEAT PAN AND ADD OIL
  2. AND JEERA
  3. ADD GINGER PASTE AND ADD ONION
  4. TAKE BESAN AND CURD IN A BOWL
  5. AND WHISK THEM
  6. ADD IT IN PAN
  7. COOK IT AND ADD WATER
  8. STIR REGULARLY OTHERWISE LUMPS FORM NOW ADD SALT,HALDI AND CHILLI POWDER
  9. MIX ALL OF THEM AND COOK ADD CHPPED PALAK
  10. AND LET IT COOK
  11. NOW FOR TADKA HEAT OIL
  12. ADD BAY LEAF AND JEERA
  13. AND DRY RED CHILLI
  14. AND TEMPER PALAK KADHI
  15. OUR DELICIOUS KADHI IS READY TO SERVE
