  1. Fresh cashews 10-12
  2. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  3. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  4. Cooked rice 2 cup
  5. Mango jam 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. FRESH GREEN CASHEWS CUT INTO HALVES, REMOVE CORE, DIP IN HOT WATER FOR FEW SECONDS
  2. REMOVE THE PEEL AND KEEP ASIDE
  3. HEAT GHEE AND ADD FRESH CASHEWS
  4. CUMIN SEEDS
  5. RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. COOKED RICE 2 CUP
  7. MANGO JAM 1 TSP
  8. SALT TO TASTE
  9. MIX WELL AND SERVE
