Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Brinjals 8-10
  2. Poatoes 8-10
  3. Onions 4
  4. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 3 tsp
  7. Oil as desired
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. MIX THE POWDERED MASALAS FOR THE STUFFING IN A BOWL. NOW FILL THIS STUFFING IN POTATOES AND BRINJALS
  2. LET POTATOES COOK FOR 12-15 MINUTES IN A KADAI, WITH LITTLE OIL.
  3. SIMILARLY BRINJALS ARE COOKED IN ANOTHER KADAI
  4. NOW THE BRINJALS ARE SOFT AND COOKED COMPLETELY
  5. POTATOES ARE ALSO COOKED COMPLETELY
