Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 potatoes diced
  2. 3 tbsp black sesame seeds, roasted and grounded to a paste
  3. 1 tsp ginger, grated
  4. 1 tsp garlic, crushed
  5. Salt
  6. 4 green chillies, slit
  7. 1/2 lemon juice
  8. 3 tbsp Sarson ka tel/ Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the diced potatoes and fry till they are slightly reddish.
  2. Now add the ginger and garlic, keep frying till the raw smell goes away. Then add the sesame paste, green chillies and salt. Cover and let the potatoes cook.
  3. Once done, fry it for a minute and add the chopped coriander and lemon juice.
  4. Mix it well and serve with salad and tomato chutney on the side.
