Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1glass basmati rice
  2. 200gm paneer.
  3. 4 onion
  4. 2tbs gng paste
  5. 1 tbs.mint paste
  6. 1 cup curd
  7. Salt
  8. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  9. 1piece dalchini.
  10. 2 small cardomom
  11. 2big cardomom
  12. 1 tezpatta.
  13. 1/4tsp red chilli powder
  14. 2 tbs desi ghee.

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak rice till 10 minutes
  2. Now par boil them in water with little salt and strain them.
  3. In a bowl add.curd whisk it
  4. Add paneer cubes and marinate it in the fridge
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the onions n keep aside.
  6. Heat desi ghee in a handi.
  7. Put all d whole.masalas in it.
  8. Now layer with some rice.
  9. Put some.paneer mixture on it
  10. Put some fried onions
  11. Layer rest of the rice
  12. Now put rest of the paneer mixture
  13. Top with fried onions
  14. Tightly cover it and put it on simmer
  15. Afetr 10 minutes open it.
  16. Serve with any raita of choice.
