Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. besan 1 cup
  2. oil 1 cup
  3. salt 11/2 sp
  4. tarmaric 1 sp
  5. red chilly powder 1 sp
  6. garlic paste 4 sp
  7. onion paste 2 sp
  8. mustard paste 1/2 sp
  9. 2 green chilly chopped
  10. coriander chopped 1/2 cup
  11. 2 tomato chopped pinch of aamchur powder
  12. 1/2 sp pepper powder
  13. 1/2 spoon cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. Make smooth pasteof basen by adding 1 cup water1/2 sp termaric some chilly powder salt 1/2 sp chopped chilly and coriander leaves
  2. take span pour some oil the add batter to it let it become thick keep on stirring
  3. lay this on a greased plate let it cool
  4. then cut it into small pieces
  5. take kadhai pour oil and heat it
  6. fry the pieces into oil
  7. For gravy
  8. heat oil put mustard onion garlic paste chilly tarmaric salt to taste let it leave oil the add tomato and aamchur and salt to it let it cook add fried besan fish garnish with green chilly and coriander
