ABOUT Panini sandwich RECIPE

A cheese and vegetable mix that is healthy and makes a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 panini bread or 4 white/brown bread
  2. 4 cheese
  3. 1/2 green bell pepper
  4. 1/2 Yellow Bell pepper
  5. 1/2 Red Bell pepper
  6. 1/2 tomato
  7. 1/2 onion
  8. 1/2 cup sweet corn
  9. 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  10. 1 tablespoon butter
  11. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  12. 1/2 teaspoon salt (or according to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut all the peppers, tomato and onion in small cubes.
  2. Take a big bowl and transfer all the peppers, tomato, onion and corns. Add the black pepper, salt and tomato ketchup.
  3. Cut the panini bread from the center and spread this mixture between the panini bread. Then add cheese to the bread.
  4. Heat the grill pan.
  5. Apply butter to the top of the bread and grill for 5 mins on both sides.
  6. Enjoy it with tomato sauce.
