Its a very popular & delicious brinjal recipe.This restsurant style curry recipe best for any lunch or dinner party.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baby brinjal...300gm
  2. Chopped Onion...1
  3. Onion_greenchilli_ginger_garlic_dry red chilli paste...3tspn
  4. Curd_fresh malai paste...2tspn
  5. Poppy seeds_peanuts_coconut mixture....4tsp
  6. Turmeric powder...2tspn
  7. Kashmiri red chilli powder...2tspn
  8. Red chilli powder ...1tspn
  9. Garam masala...1tspn
  10. Cumin powder...1/2tspn
  11. Coriander leaves...3tsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast of 2 tspn each peanuts,poppy seeds & fresh coconut.
  2. Mix 1tspn each sugar & turmeric powder in it.
  3. Blend it & make a mixture of it.
  4. Wash & cut the brinjal & stuff it with the mixture.
  5. Heat oil, add the stuffed brinjal , cover it & cook it for sometime.
  6. Take out the cooked brinjal & add chopped onion in oil.
  7. Add onion_greenchilli_ginger garlic_dry red chilli paste.Mix it well.
  8. Add curd_fresh malai paste.
  9. Add stuffed brinjal & 2cup of hot water.Let it cook for 10 minutes.
  10. After that add garam masala, coriander leaves.Adjust salt & gravy.
  11. Its ready now.Serve it with butter roti or parantha.
