This recipe was created one evening when I had called a few friends over for dinner and everything I had planned went for a toss. I was planning to bake some delicious chicken but ended up making two more recipes that were vying for oven space. So, I improvised and inspired by Nigella Lawson's Delicious Oven-Baked Undeep Fried Chicken. The result was delicious and absolutely easy to make - another of my quick fixes. The dip was made by my friend Richie.
