Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup grated pumkin
  2. 1/2 cup carrot grated
  3. 1/2 cup cauliflower grated
  4. 1/4 teaspoon chat masala
  5. 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  7. 4-5 crushed tulsi leaves
  8. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  9. 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil to fry
  12. 1 cup maize flour
  13. 1/2 cup flour
  14. 1 tablespoon oil
  15. 2 pinches of salt
  16. For chilli jam:
  17. Dry red chillies 6-7
  18. 1 pinch of sugar
  19. Chopped tomatoes 4-5
  20. Coriander leaves chopped
  21. Vinegar 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil, then add the vegetables and saute it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the spices, lemon juice and mix it well with this vegetable mixture.
  3. In a bowl, mix the maize flour, flour, salt, oil and make a chapati dough. Make 6 balls, roll it, now fill in the vegetables mixture and make rolls. Deep fry this or bake it in the microwave at 180 degrees for 15 mins.
  4. For the chilli jam, in a pan fry the chopped tomato, red chilli. Make a paste in the mixer. Now add the salt, sugar, vinegar, coriander leaves. Your red chilli jam is ready!
