These cutlets are crispy from outsude and soft from inside,they just melts in mouth.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sama rice.1 small cup
  2. Boiled potatoes..2 medium
  3. Grated ginger..1sp
  4. Chopped green chillies..2 to 3
  5. Chopped coriander leaves
  6. Rock salt..to taste
  7. Jeera powder..1sp
  8. Home made khoya..1tsp
  9. Sesame seeds to coat
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak sama rice for 5 minutes.
  2. Add water double to rice and cook them in a pan. They should not be overcooked.
  3. Boil,peel and mash potatoes.
  4. Add cooked rice in Mashed potatoes.
  5. Add all dry ingredients.
  6. Give desired shape and coat in sesame seeds.
  7. Fry in hot oil on low medium flame.
  8. Serve with green chutney.
