ABOUT Shrimp rolls RECIPE

Spicy shrimps rolled and fried.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Shrimps cleaned and deveined tail intact -12
  2. Faju s fish fry masala or any other brand 2 tbsp
  3. Swiss samosa Patti- 12
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Maida 3 tsp
  6. Water 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimps with the masala for 15 mins.
  2. Mix maida in water and make a sticky gum to stick together the end of the rolls.
  3. Roll the marinated Shrimps in the samosa patti leaving the tail part seen .
  4. Stick the ends firmly and leave to rest for 15 mins.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the rolls on a slow flame till golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with dip of your choice.
