Mutton mince balls cooked with parwal in spicy gravy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2kg minced mutton
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  4. 3 green chillies
  5. 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds.
  9. 2 tbsp onion paste
  10. 1 tbsp garlic paste.
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  12. Salt
  13. Water
  14. 8 Parwal
  15. 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and put cumin seeds and chopped onion.
  2. Fry till golden brown.
  3. Add fried onions and cumin seeds in minced mutton.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, salt and mix well.
  5. Make medium size balls from this mixture.
  6. Heat oil in pan and put cumin seeds.
  7. Add meat balls and some water.
  8. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  9. Peel off parwal and cut in half.
  10. Fry parwal pieces in another pan and keep aside.
  11. For gravy heat oil in pan and Put fenugreek seeds.
  12. Add onion paste and garlic paste.
  13. Add 1 tsp turmeric and red chilly powder.
  14. Cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
  15. Add 1 cup water and salt.
  16. Add fried parwal in gravy.
  17. Drop cooked mutton koftas and cook on medium flame till parwal will done.
  18. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
